The service is back online at this time with the new replacement RAID card.

We will share a full RFO (Reason for Outage) shortly with the exact reasons for this outage and what we're doing to prevent this from happening again in the future.

The RAID Card(s) arrived, the server is being de-racked for one (1) of them to be installed into the server. Once it's installed & server re-racked, we'll post another update.

For further context on the issue,

The spare part we had onsite (RAID card), was fitted into the server, but did not work, we're confident the PCIe slot is OK, and the issue is on the RAID card (both spare and present card), as the card(s) didn't work on another machine at the datacenter as well.


We've already ordered 2 new spares from 2 different vendors yesterday the moment we realised the actual spare card isn't working.

The card is out-for-delivery at the vendor, who will then send it via taxi (10-20 minutes away) to the datacenter to have it installed into the server right after delivery today.
